01. You can order your product through our Website, Facebook page or Instagram page. Except these 3 options we won’t count any other procedure of order as a confirmed order.
02. For your order confirmation and product safety please contact with us. Specially when you want to order a perfume.
03. The time you make an order after that we will prepare it within 3 days and From the day we dispatch it you will count it as delivery days. Note: Delivery depends on international flights, So when you have a problem with it, We would like to ask you to stay calm and cooperate with us in further steps.
04. When your product arrive in BD our team member will contact with you via Phone or Message(FACEBOOK OR WHATSAPP). In case of emergency you miss the call or fail to communicate with us within 7 days you have to take your belongings by yourself and location basis on mutual understanding.
